Because we work with international suppliers and ship worldwide, we handle returns with clear guidelines designed to protect both the customer and our business.

This Return Policy outlines all conditions, requirements, and procedures for returning items purchased from our store.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the product.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international postage and any customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels/tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing or using them is not permitted.

  • Purchasing multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request via email within 30 days of receiving your order:

  2. After receiving your request, our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier located in China.

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable international shipping or customs charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that offers Track & Trace, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches the supplier.


3. Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our supplier’s warehouse and passes inspection:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees, customs charges, and return postage are non-refundable.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may decline the refund.


4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, all responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Packages lost due to customer-provided address mistakes are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
