4. Processing and Delivery

Because we operate through international fulfillment partners, processing and shipping times may vary. Our standard timelines are:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Additional notes:

  • During peak seasons or high demand, delivery may take longer.

  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays outside our control.

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Please refer to our Return Policy for all return-related conditions and procedures.

Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to automated fulfillment with our supplier.


6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

  • Loss or damage during transit if the tracking information shows successful delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address details are entered correctly during checkout.
Incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
